Mr. Nazeer Basha Shaik is a visionary entrepreneur, seasoned corporate trainer, and employability specialist with over a decade of experience in skill development and business growth. He holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from JNTU Kakinada and a PGDM in Human Resources from NITTE School of Management, Bangalore.

Driven by a mission to bridge the gap between academia and industry, Nazeer founded VDREAM ALLUSIONS in 2016. Under his leadership, the organization has successfully enhanced the employability of over 25,000 fresh graduates and upskilled working professionals. Over the past 10 years, his corporate readiness programs have impacted many students across PAN India.

A certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt (MSME), Nazeer brings deep expertise in Total Quality Management, Professional Skill Enhancement, and HR Compliance. He maintains strategic affiliations with key industry bodies, including the Peenya Industrial Association (PIA), MSME, and various State Chambers of Commerce.

Beyond corporate training, Nazeer is a passionate catalyst for the startup ecosystem. He specializes in entrepreneurship development, helping founders translate raw ideas into market-ready prototypes. He has successfully connected early-stage startups with Angel Investors and funders by organizing flagship events like the Vizag Startup Summit and serving as a Reach Partner for The Founders Conclave. His strategic acumen was globally recognized when he secured 4th place out of 120 teams at the K-MOVE (Korean-Indian) Business Plan competition in Bangalore.

Nazeer continues to mentor emerging startups, shaping their commercial models, generating market leads, and actively working toward his overarching vision: maximizing India’s employability and nurturing the next generation of business leaders.
